ABTA Travel Industry Partners are companies with UK offices whose primary business is the provision of products, services or information sold or used by tour operators and travel agents.

ABTA TRAVEL INDUSTRY PARTNER SCHEME

The Travel Industry Partner scheme was developed by ABTA in response to demand from companies working with Members, seeking to develop closer links with the Association. Launched at the end of 1996, the scheme has now attracted more than 100 companies.

Scheme Benefits
  • Reduced cost of registration, and priority booking over non-members for the ABTA Convention and ABTA Seminars
  • Inclusion on ABTA mailing lists to receive ABTA literature - including the Handbook and List of Members, the ABTA Magazine, and selected circulars of general interest - free of charge
  • Listing in key ABTA publications and on ABTAnet, ABTA's Website; opportunity for exposure in the ABTA Magazine's dedicated Travel Industry Partner section
  • Recognition as part of the ABTA family with the ravel Industry Partner logo
  • Eligibility to participate in the Single Payment Scheme - ABTA's weekly direct debiting scheme, open only to ABTA Members and Travel Industry Partners

  • Dedicated Travel Industry Partner meetings, providing opportunities for direct representation to Council members and the Secretariat

Please note that, while not bound by ABTA's Membership Rules and Codes of Conduct, all Travel Industry Partners are required to adhere to the scheme rules, which are summarised on the application form. The scheme rules include a provision to terminate the participation of any ABTA Travel Industry partner, if they bring the Association into disrepute or misrepresent their affiliation with the Association.
